Nose
The first nose simultaneously marries concentration, freshness , generosity, and power.
The second nose brings out a multitude of fruity, floral, and vegetal scents.
Body
In the mouth, this wine reveals an aromatic palette of white and exotic fruit. There is even a touch of citrus, with hints of lemon or grapefruit. Lastly, beautiful floral notes of acacia or hawthorn, even rose, can be detected.

Alcohol fermentation in 400 and 600 liter barrels.
Pneumatic pressing for 4 hours; natural strength of 12.9°; duration of fermentation 2 months.
Aged on fine lees for 9 months.
All operations are carried out at low temperatures in an underground cellar to preserve the wine’s fruitiness.
